If you need help launching Nativ, or if you're experiencing difficulties, click the button above. By doing so, you'll be downloading a small program called STV.exe, that will run on your computer and notify the support staff. Do not turn off the computer and program. The technician will access your computer via Teamviewer and will resolve any issues.
